What is it about!?

Someone I met at a party the other night (who is also a film-aficianado) told me that a movie was being made with Madeline Kahn in it, even though she's been dead for almost 6 years now. And since I think Madeline Kahn was a GREAT actress (point made in Young Frankenstein, she was hysterical!), I looked it up, and I'm really interested. I see that they recorded her's as well as John Candy's voices in the early '90s, but what is this movie even about??? Does anyone know? It seems like its under super-tight wraps...
