why not on dvd?

Saw this film on tv years ago and would love to see it again, i think it takes a really good picture of that period and scene. Anyone know how i could see it again, have the soundtrack, classic.

reply

I have been looking for this screenplay for years and I am on a mission once again to try and get it so I will let you know if I have any luck. I had the soundtrack but lost it while moving flat a few years ago although it seems to be handy enough to get again.

is there absolutely no way of getting old of this film? =/

reply

oh the video tape is on ebay and amazon if that helps, quite expensive tho

reply

Picked it up on ebay - it was cheap so maybe a *backup* lol

the only film/screen play i can say was the storyline to my life in 89

this film got me into dance music plus it's got the very fit Lena Headley in it

Crikey, this film just came up in a discussion I was having. What a cracker!! I used to have it on VHS but don't anymore :(

1995, those were the days :) and this film reminds me of sitting at Uni, watching it after coming back from a club, just after we listened to the essential mix. Nice memories..I'm gonna go on a mission to find a DVD copy..if anyone can help, buzz me!

The only copy I can find of this is a £100 videotape on amazon marketplace! I wish there were a decent rip of this online.

reply

please please please, let me know if anyone knows where i can get a copy reasonably priced. Thanx

I wrote to the BBC marketing company recently recommending this and several other items for DVD release. I got a reply saying they had no plans for it but kept all options unedr review. In other words, a standard brush-off. The BBC are sitting on a great pile of material with commercial DVD potential, but they don't seem to be interested in anything other than the latest TV hits.

I've got it on VHS, taped when it was originally on the box in 1995. How the Hell does one transfer it to digital? Guess I'd need some poncey graphics card?
