WAY overlooked.
This movie was amazing, the cinematography was my favorite part, oh man... I just wanna visit Hokkaido now.
I know some people got annoyed about the confusing storyline, but if it doesn't confuse you, or you just get passed it, it's really great, and you should eventually catch on.
This was my first Shunji Iwai film and now I'm hooked, his visual style is like nothing I've seen before... maybe there are others.
It makes me sad that movies like this are overlooked and some people just don't know what they're missing.
Beautiful storyline, beautiful cinematography, beautiful music, great acting and an unforgettable last scene.
