Isaish made me want to cry

I said "want to" because I'm not one to cry about a movie. In fact, the only movie that has ever actually made me cry was Jon Voight and Ricky Schroder in Champ, which has been listed as one of the saddest movies of all time in several polls and I was only about five the first time I saw it.

I felt so bad for little Isaiah towards the end. The fact that he had gotten so depressed in the time following him being taken away from his adopted parents was just heart breaking, especially the scene with him sleeping in the bathtub. Poor baby. I can't imagine how heart wrenching it was for his adoptive parents. That's one of the reasons that a lot of people, me included, tend to shy away from fostering a child, which in itself is not good because every child deserves to feel safe and happy with good loving parents, even if those parents aren't biological or even the same race.

Happy 2014!!!

That kid did some pretty amazing acting, especially considering his age! Yes, he made me cry!
