Butterfield

Personally I feel Butterfield MADE the movie. He was awesome, mysterious, scary, and just the right amount of sensual, and this coming from a guy lol. From the very beginning we wished we knew MORE about him: why did he join Nix? How did he become blind in one eye? What is his FIRST name, lol? Just basically being so MYSTERIOUS is what made him awesome. Then skip ahead 13 years he's become even MORE mysterious: he started smoking. He's picked up a new fashion: part goth, part male stripper, lol. Plus somehow he met the Bond-villain esque Miller. We wish we could find out what he was up to all those years, but all we ever know is he's been bumping off Nix's killers. Not much, but it's enough to let us be afraid of him.

Really, there's that one villain in EVERY movie we want to know more about cause they stand out. Some times it's the main villain, but other times it's the henchman. In this case it's the latter. Butterfield was the standout character to me: from his menacing demeanor to his blind eye to his fashion sense, every scene with him radiates awesome, and I even found myself grieving his inevitable death. Like screw Nix, screw Swann, I wanted BUTTERFIELD to live!!! Anybody else just worshipped the character?
