SPOILER ALERT (?lol)

I mean, obviously: "alcoholism". But what- liver failure? Kidney
failure?

It seems she knows he's dying by that point, but i don't remember if
any specific symptoms were mentioned or shown. I just remember the last
scene with him and it wasn't like a sudden cardiac arrest and collapse,
he kind of is just almost...vegetative.
