Talking too in the film? She's telling someone about her life including how she met Ben and fell in love with him etc but we never see the person.

You know, I never thought about that before. Good question!

Therapist...

I'm guessing it was a session with a therapist that was used as a way to quickly fill in some of the pieces for the audience.
