Near the end when Chloe says she *beep* him all the time", who was she referring to? It's near the end, the day of the play...she says it when she is sitting near the pool with that other girl...I forget who she is, she's either a cousin or a student there.
I want to know who she was talking about, because I feel like I missed an important plot point. The other girl seemed shocked to discover this and I was wondering if it was someone in the family....
that's another Yahglom hallmark: (re: the pool scene 'i bleep him all the time') at least one or two of these scenes in most of his films where the viewer has no idea what the character is referring to...
shareI was confused too. I swear Chloe was gay and she was going to have sex with her cousin (remember the popcorn scene)? It's like she was trying too hard to give an appearance that she had sex and that she is sexually active (like her father wants her to be - ewww) but I didn't know who she was referring to either.
