Horrible ending...Spolers

The nerve of this movie to try and be cute at the end. I am speaking of did the husband die from the gunshot wound. all we see is her holding him and crying. The movie hit on every cliche imaginable from the stalker lover to him showing up in her house. It had just a touch of believability until he shows up with the daughter as a boyfriend while she watches him play scrabble with her family. She listens and watches with disgust while he screws her kid. She did not even have the courage to tell him to get out until he was caught in the act, and even then she tells him be gone by morning. just what did she think was going to happen with the guy spending the night. Sorry, I could not help but rant, just the silliest movie I have ever seen.

Specific to her telling Guy to leave in the morning opposed to that night, as I remember they were on an island and dependent on a ferry to get to the mainland. They were all stuck there for the night until the ferry began running again. Yes, once they were all at their country house, the whole plot just became, well, a Lifetime movie.

So did you think the the husband lived?

I've seen this a few times and never thought he was dead, just injured. If I remember correctly, Tracy Gold went into a full on freak out to rush Ross (the husband/dad) back to the house on the 3-wheeler/wagon. I guess my perspective was that if he was dead she wouldn't have been in such a hurry. Sure, she'd bring him back, but not at such a frenzied speed. She was so selfish she'd probably take a moment or two and empty the cash from his wallet and pocket any other valuables he had on him.

That said, I do hope he succumb to his injuries. The man had a whore for a wife and another whore for a daughter. Both were clearly insatiable, selfish, and wanton harlots. He deserved better. Maybe the next world will do better by him.
