How did other people feel about the "it was all a delusion" (at least the killing-his-family part) ending? Seemed kind of awkward to me, as if the filmmakers had cold feet about ending so brutally....Did anyone notice anything earlier indicating what we were seeing wasn't really happening? I sure didn't.

I agree that it felt like a cop-out, but at the same time, I think Georg just murdering his family and then looking in the bathroom mirror for the final shot would have left me unsatisfied as well. I don't really know what could have been a better ending.
