Where can I get hold of this?

I really want to see this film, but am having terrible trouble finding a Region 2 (Europe) DVD with English subtitles. I have checked Amazon (obviously) in the UK, Denmark and Spain, but all are out of stock and not sure if it will ever be back. I was even willing to watch an inevitably grainy version on YouTube, but there are only trailers. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I bought a used Kino DVD for $6 very recently. You just have to keep looking.
