Poor Malcolm...
He's a good actor, and he was in quite a few good films, so how did he sink to this level? He's done quite a few films like this, and it just seemed rather strange that he couldn't get work anywhere else.
shareCheck his credits. This came out in '97 and he has quite a few other credits for '97. So it looks like he was fairly busy in '96 and '97 (figuring on them probably filming in '96 and releasing the next year). Maybe there was some other reason he did this, like agreeing to do this movie to get a role in another movie, or a TV series he wanted more.
