I will always hate this film, mainly because it introduce Chloe Sevigy & Rosario Dawson. Sevigny who those days is mainly known for sucking the vile Vincent Gallo's cock on film for real in BROWN BUNNY and Rosario Dawson is known for only dating white guys ( regardless of the fact that they are racist!) and casting couche casting!

Chloe is actually a Female Method actor, A true Auteur to many. She's believable as the women she played. Her character in 'Bloodline' is tremendous and it's because she pulls it off. Harvey Keitel jerked off and shot dope in 'Bad Lieutenant'... Does that affect his extreme talent or your POV on him?
Dawson has had some solid roles. She's not my favorite actress but for a girl plucked from her stoop to go on to being a movie star... I say Bravo. 'Kids' 'He Got Game' and '25th Hour' showed her ability, she's a Natural Screen Presence. She stole the show in this film. Everyone is Racist, the Media tells us. So it must be true!
Kids is the most realistic film about Urban Teens EVER MADE. Nothing has come close. Unless you lived the life, you'll never understand
Unless acting is that bad that it considerably lowers a film's quality, I see no reason why a film should be hated for introducing someone.
Chloe is a good actress that has been doing an amazing job for all the years she's been acting. When Brown Bunny came out she had already had an Oscar nomination under her belt.
As for Rosario, she became popular after Men in Black II and some other films, and as far as I know, she's been more popular than the guys she dated.
