What if They Were Killed?

What if one of the players were killed by one of the things that came out of the game? Or if Allen had been killed while in the Jungle? Would their piece just fall off the board and others would continue? And would they come back to life once the game was finished? And if no one finished, then everything would stay forever?

No one knows - no one in any of the franchise movies has died yet.

It'd be interesting to see, but kind of dark for the Jumanji films' tone

I'd assume the things that came out of the game would all eventually be killed off by the military or somehow detained and put in zoos. Nobody is going to just let these things run around wreaking havoc forever.
