Edited!?

I was watching "Planet of the Dino Knights" DVD and there seemed to be scenes missing that I remember from the VHS (granted there's been like a 10 year difference here).

For one thing when Josh and Azabeth meet they merely exchange names quickly. There's no talk about where she came from and how she found herself there. This scene brought at least two important moments: One, it established a connection to Josh and Azabeth which helps explain why he's so desperate to get her back after losing her to Lord Henry. The second is that she explains the Codes of Kang, which Josh brings up when they're reunited in "The Human Pets". That's one of the few plotholes that was created that I believe wasn't in the VHS version.

Another is an explanation of the bracelets they wear. Josh is suddenly just wearing it... But besides asking where did he get it, why is he so scared when it is shot off in "The Human Pets"? We don't know because it isn't explained! Nor is how they go from the woods to the future all of a sudden.

Does someone have the original VHS and can you check to see if there's a difference between the VHS and DVD versions?
