One of the very few HK movies using the real actors' voices

I noticed that here's no post sync dubbing usual in HK filmmaking, why is that?

Anyhow this must be certainely Tsui Hark's a very first movie using this technique, even his Seven Swords has such an unreal dubbing, that's not even fitting actors's mouths.
