The Parent Trap rip-off?

This movie is so similar to The Parent Trap. I am surprised they didn't get sued by Disney.

While it does hold similarities to The Parent Trap, the movie is mostly based off of The Prince and the Pauper which deals with two boys who look a like and have no relation switching places.

I forgot about the Prince and the pauper. I suppose, it iis a combination of both stories.

It's not really the same because in this movie they are identical strangers. Not related just oddly look exactly alike. In the parent trap as you know they are sisters that happened to be separated

It's pretty hard for them to get sued by Disney considering this movie was made 3 years BEFORE The Parent Trap!

The original Parent Trap was made in the 1960s. With Hayley Mills.
