the 'indian in the movie'

this kids face was as trustworthy as jeffrey dahmers....he was soo annoying and stupid...i remember watching this movie as a child and being disgusted with this kid...and even then i thought someone had to put him in to satisfy some requirement or something...by far the worst aspect of the movie was this kid

hahaha, i remember watching this movie when i was 7 and being repulsed by the kid. he is so weird looking and his acting hurt my life...and so did his flaring nostrils.

Its funny that even when you're little somebody's looks disturb you. I also thought that this kid was too ugly to be in the movie and patrick as well.

reply

Um, we are talking about Patrick. Lol.

I hated him as well, his name was Patrick btw. This kid looked evil to me or at least the potential for great evil. He was selfish & inconsiderate, something you'd expect from a future serial killer, torturer, or murderer - he really looked like a villain. One of those vile villainous creatures you read or watch in stories, he was very creepy!

I had a weird dream last night...
You had yourself a vision.

The main kid's name was Omri. His friend was Patrick.
And the operative word here is KID.
How disturbing people are insulting a kid.

Omri didn't seem disturbing to me at all; just the typical kid protagonist, kinda generic if you ask me... But I still think his acting was unintentionally funny. I mean, in the movie, after discovering that the cupboard could turn action figures to life, he kind of began to loose it and it looked like little by little he was becoming mad. That being more evident in the scene were he was telling a teacher in his school that the Native American figures used in a school expo were made out of plastic. I remember the line was something like this: "It's plastic, It's plastic, IT'S PLASTIC!!!"

I thought he was cool.

wow, the majority of you are incredibly callous and mean. He was a kid for crying out loud, not more than 10 or 11 years old at the most.

I happen to know the guy you're talking about personally (rishi bhat, played the character "Patrick" as I said), though that is not really the reason I'm defending him here. He no longer acts, but he's more successful than all of you i'm sure: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rishi_Bhat

moreover, Rishi's an all around good guy with a heart of gold (he's seriously one of the kindest people i've met in my life). You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
