Do you think Jimmy really loved Katie?

Do you think that Jimmy really loved Katie? because in one word...no! I don't think he loved her. There is NO excuse for an abusive marriage-period. One weakness that women seem to have is that we seem to think that we are that one special woman who can tame & change the bad man. Don't get me wrong, a lot of women have been there themselves one time & trust them when they say it was the first & last time. Don't ignore the warning signs because they are usually there & no one deserves to be abused. Don't stay married to someone like that because you will constantly be in pain & making excuses like Katie did. She saw the warning signs & chose to ignore them when she should have kicked him to the curb. It was not love, it was a dirtbag who had a wife with low self esteem & he knew he could control her because of that. It happens too much & it's sad. It's better to be alone than to be beaten or possibly even dead. & another thing...if he was attracted to you & interested in you, someone else will be, too, someone better who will treat you good and love you, and not hurt you!
