How stupid is this scene?

Okay Ken runs down the street wearing nothing but a bathrobe. The cop sees him and proceeds to go after him. The cop says, "Stop, stop where you are, freeze, put your hands in the air". You can see that Ken looks disappointed because he was caught in nothing but a bathrobe. My goodness, what a very stupid thing to do. Why not had him ran down the street completely naked wearing nothing at all. If they would have gone with the latter, it wouldn't have made much of a difference. We would still have seen Ken's penis and his balls. If he had ran down the street completely naked wearing absolutely nothing at all, that would have been much more embarassing for him. I can't say that I hate to be in his shoes because he wasn't wearing any (shoes) when he was arrested for indecent exposure. I know he's dead, but I don't feel sorry for him at all.
