How can it only have a 6.8 rating? This movie was very good, and Juliette Binoche and Oliver Martinez were great together!

I agree with you.
But I think people expect some direct and sensual things in the films,
though the virtue of this film lies in its beautifully moderated way of developing and the decent thoughts and behaviors of Angelo.

I have to agree, this movie was a great adventure and thoroughly enjoyable. Guess you can't please everyone though.

An excellent classic French movie. Very good casting and the great cinematography showing the beautiful landscapes and sceneries of the French countryside is a bonus.
