The movie on TV

While Racine was at the hospital during the early parts of the film, he was flicking through channels on the hospital TV. He stumbled across a Japanese dubbed version of A Team, a toilet advert (don't ask), and then a Japanese Samurai movie from the 60s where the main star (Ichikawa Raizo) decapitates a woman trying to embrace him. My question is, does anyone know what the movie was titled? I'd be interested in watching it as a big Raizo fan. Thanks in advance.
