The Inspector is dying with an arrow through him after mockingly convincing Lambert there are to "ninja cults":
Inspector: "maybe... I... was... wrong.." (dies)
Lambert: "'maybe'?"

I can't stand Lambert in anything but "Highlander #1" but have to agree, this movie has got some funny lines in it!
I love Takeda's increasing shrill tone each time he exposes a dead ninja's face to Racine and asks "Is this Kinjo??". And Lambert's pronunciation of sake (super nasal "SAAH-kee"). Oshima is hysterical as well, on a number of occasions.

Though, I have to agree with ZEN JANITOR, "We heard ninjas attacked the hospital. Are you alright?" is priceless. Hats off to Shimada for being able to say it with such casual sincerity.
