Well if you haven't watched it by now, I would watch it over Howling Reborn, I think of Howling Reborn as a way to attract the Twilight crowd...enough said.
I like it a bit more than Howling: Reborn myself. It depends whether or not you enjoy country music, honestly. It's basically like a country concert at a local bar with a few people talking about werewolves in between songs. Some of the songs are kind of fun and amusing. But as someone else said, Howling: Reborn seems like an attempt to capitalize off the Twilight craze so it was the hardest one for me to enjoy.
You know I was tortured by Encore and Starz when they played the extreme garbage Howling Reborn.
Sooooooo my other question. Was there "ever" a werewolf seen in the movie ? I know I saw it 1 full time and when I was behind the laptop not looking at the TV much....it came on a few more times. So there was "no werewolf on screen", right ? It was like a simulator video game ?
The werewolf shown towards the end but it was only onscreen for about 30 seconds and then it was killed which left room for one last country song. The rest of the time it was just shown through the werewolf's point of view where everything was red and moved very fast.
Oh okay. To be honest I can't remember much about it it. I am watching it tomorrow even though I didn't really care for it the first time around. I figure I've watched the rest of the series so I might as well go all the way. I'll be sure to tell you then.
So I just finished watching Howling: Reborn and there were in fact several werewolves shown but they weren't seen in full until the last 30 or so minutes. Up until then you only saw brief, 1-second glimpses of things like a yellow eye, fangs, the back of a furry head, etc. and of course the POV shots just like this movie only they were in black and white. So you do eventually see werewolves in full but you have to wait about an hour.
Ok I will take 1 more gander at this movie *grunt*
The only memorable scene that I can think of, was with the cafeteria. That part almost made me throw up, because in real life...something at Arby's happened which was similar.
