The movie is dubbed over right? But when you look at their mouths a lot of the time it looks like they're speaking English and like they're saying the same words that are being dubbed over. I'm obviously missing something here..
shareSome actors were indeed speaking English originally, but I guess the American distributors didn't like their voices that much so they dubbed them over. If you can find a Hong Kong version of this, you'll see that the "FBI" guy with the glasses had a much higher and less-threatening voice.
