It's available on DVD in the U.S. and Canada. The U.S. DVD was released by Sterling/UAV and the Canadian DVD was released by TVA and I have the Canadian DVD. Not sure how the quality of the Sterling DVD is but the TVA DVD is surprisingly great quality for a budgeted full-screen DVD. Picture quality is very bright and the sound is very good too. Whoever at TVA was in charge of transferring the film to DVD must have done one hell of a job.
On the downside however, while there are chapter marks, the TVA DVD does not have a menu, so if you hit the menu button in the middle of the film, it starts over.
