British Columbia Locations Used in Movie?

I stumbled upon this film a few days ago while watching Encore, and I discovered during the closing credits that most (or all?) of the film was shot in British Columbia, in Canada.

Since I grew up in B.C., I'm wondering if other viewers can identify some of the locations that were used in the movie. I'm guessing that Vancouver may have been the primary location, and that Jeremy's hideaway may have been located at the Pacific National Exhibition grounds.

Can anyone confirm this for me, or give me details on any other B.C. landmarks that appear in this film? (Is the "Blue Skies Motel" an actual establishment that was used, or was this name taken straight from the Koontz novel?).
