How does this compare to 'Men Behind the Sun'?

I have previously watched Men Behind the Sun by the same director, which deals with Japanese biological experiments on Chinese civilians by Unit 731. I personally feel that film is very sickening, as it is more of an exploitation film that tries to gross out the viewer with gore and cheapens its historical context.

Some of the very sick scenes include:
*A live cat being thrown and fed by diseased rats, and the rats being set ablaze. The cat was allegedly a real cat being killed on set.
*A young boy being disected alive, and an actual cadaver of a boy was being used on film
*A man being sent into a decompression chamber, and having his intestines spilling out of his rear. Again a real corpse is being used.
*A woman having her arms frozen, then poured over with boiling water, and having her flesh peeled off until the bones remain.

I am still having nightmares about that film and is one of the few I wish I can unwatch.

This is somewhat disputed. Although the cat was most likely killed for the "end" of this scene (as opposed to be put to sleep), after reviewing the scenes many dozens of times it doesn't appear as those the rats are doing any damage to it. Considering various factors such as the way it is shot and edited together it appears as though the rats are simply scurrying over the cat, "blood" (real or not) is added to the cat and thrown back in and edited to look as though the rats are eating it. Watch the scene again carefully and you'll see what I mean. There is no doubt that real rats are set on fire en mass for the earlier scene.

It is an autopsy of a dead boy, and yes the cadaver is real.

I believe animal intestines were used for this scene (fired out of a tube with compressed air).
