Yes, the resolution is very low. Unfortunately that's the only place I know of where you can watch it.

it's still there. i watched it last night.
it's fine. maybe even surprisingly good for what appears to be a fairly low budget canadian tv production.
it probably would have worked a bit better as a short, or hour long tv length - you could imagine it as a better than average outer limits episode, perhaps.
perfectly watchable, but i think it would have been better if they'd stayed a little more faithful to the short story.
