Harrison Bergeron NOT coming to DVD

Thanks for your interest in Harrison Bergeron. I am sorry to report that our efforts to get the film released on DVD seem to have been fruitless. The trail ended at a company called Echo Bridge, which inherited the rights from the Alliance Atlantis catalogue. In the course of an extensive email exchange, it became clear that they were not even sure if they held the North American DVD rights, and showed no interest in pursuing the issue. If we had owned the rights, we would have released the film on DVD many years ago. So, all I can suggest is to keep your eye on eBay and Amazon.com. The VHS copies of the film do crop up from time to time. I'm sorry I don't have better news. We do get a slow but steady stream of emails from people interested in this wonderful film, and we are as disappointed as you that we have been unable to get the film released. - Joseph Pierson, Cypress Films, Inc.
