Finale Music

What is the techno rock song and artist during the final confrontation with the Plague at grand central station? I tried identifying it with Shazam and Soundhound and samples from all three soundtracks with no luck.

Ironically, it's titled "Grand Central Station", and it's by Guy Pratt - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3n-k9ZVBUs

It's also called "Combination" in the end credits. I think that's the only song listed by him. It's on YouTube, too.

reply

No. IMDb lists both songs. Maybe the YouTube video was mislabeled. Why aren't they on the soundtracks? That was one of the most prominent songs in the film.

They're not on any of the three soundstracks and neither is Protection by Massive Attack. You can convert all three from youtube to mp3 online.

Rather silly to release three CDs of source music and leave out the one that plays probably the longest in the film. And there is no score CD as far as I know unless it was released outside of the USA.

I agree but I swear they've been doing backward stuff like this forever. I actually messaged Harold Faltermeyer a few years ago who did the Beverly Hills Cop music, Axel F etc. I asked him about a certain part in the movie where the music was something I couldn't seem to find on a CD or online anywhere and he actually answered me and said he knew what part I was talking about and that the studio company had decided to never release certain parts of the score for what ever reason. So it does make me mad when they won't do it since some of the stuff they don't release is some of the best music in the movie.
