My wife and I are wondering why the young actress (Kristy Young) who played Jinnie Sue never appeared in any other movies or TV shows.....not even a record deal. She was talented. It is a fact that she beat out many aspiring young performers at the time (including Britney Spears) who had auditioned for this role in "Gordy". What happened?
