Joanna Going was amazing

I just ended up with a dvd version accidently and didn't expect much but instead I found this movie really the best ones I've seen for a while. A lot of thanks because of Joanna Going as Rachel... I think she was absolutely worth an oscar in this role! Reminded me of Vivian Leigh in Gone with the wind. I think these movies might have some slight similarity even though they have nearly 50 years of agedifference - maybe that was the reason some of novadays people don't find this movie as good?

Overall Im disapointed that Joanna ended up as a tv-actress because I think she could have made it even better with the charisma she has.
