How did you react to Godzilla's death?

i cried for like 30 minutes i was so sad

I couldn't watch it. I was both shocked and sad.

Got teary eyed. I was able to keep it together though. Barely.

Very emotional stuff, surprisingly so, with a great score too. A classic!

I got misty-eyed. It was sad to see Godzilla die, but at least he got one hell of a touching and epic send off.

I was kinda broken up, to be sure - but he has died before (remember the original, referenced in this movie) and came back, so I figured no doubt he will experience another Toho rebirth down the road a bit.
I was more disappointed with the fact that they couldn't kill off that nimrod who is not only the son of a brilliant scientist, but also supposed to be pretty darn bright on his own - yet they couldn't find a voice actor to dub him who knew how to pronounce 'nuclear'? Once or twice I could tolerate, but that word seemed to comprise half of his dialog!
