The version of the film I have is quite bad. DY is sent on assignment to the Philippines to solve a case. DY is of course a hot head cop and makes waves with the local cop and mafia. About a average Cop Buddy movie. I watched mainly because I am A Donnie Yen fan. "Ballistic Kiss" is far better than this and that isn't saying much. It's amazing a movie like this was released.
