I'd much like to see this whenever I can, but has it been dubbed in English? I prefer English, as I don't speak Japanese, and reading subtitles usually tends to distract me from actually watching the movie.

The Mill Creek Blu-Ray edition mentioned elsewhere on this board has Japanese and English dubbing. It's a little tricky, though. You have to select a "Pop Up Menu" (called such on my Sony Blu Ray player) while the movie is running to get to the setup to select the language and subtitle setting. The older DVDs produced around 2000 were also dubbed, but I don't remember who published those.
