Budget?

On it's imdb page the budget is listed as about 5 million yen. Other sites have the budget listed as four and a half million dollars. I've looked at a number of websites but neither figure seems to be cited more often. Does anybody know which budget is correct? I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could tell me that. Thanks in advance for info of any kind!
