The last story is awesome.

I'm a huge fan of Roald Dahl and have been a fan of his short story "The Man From The South". Seen it done many, many times in varying ways over the years.
Including one from Mr. Hitchcock himself.

It's a great story that has been adapted and re-told countless times.

This version was by far my fave one yet.

In the original story. The tension comes from the actual lighting of the lighter. The way the story has always been shot is to linger on the lighting itself. A slow build up to winning or losing the bet.

This version...not quite how it all works out...trying not to spoil it for anyone.
All topped off with Tim's "waddle" away.
If you know the story and enjoy it, give this version a go.

Great take on the classic tale.

And so, God came forth and proclaimed widescreen is the best.
Sony 16:9
