Funny. I liked them both. The girl, in fact, better than the boy.

he was so cute and hilarious '4...0...9'. i loves the little cries of pain when Antonio was trying to comb his hair back.

his sister, on the other hand was pretty annoying

If I've learned anything by reading the comments on this movie's message board, it's that there's nothing everyone loves and there's nothing everyone hates. It's pretty clear that opinions vary far and wide, so know that proclaiming yours as if it were fact doesn't change other peoples' minds. It's just so weird that every other comment is the antithesis of its predecessor (ie - "This movie is garbage"..."This movie is brilliant"..."This movie is crap"...this movie is awesome...")

In my opinion the little girl in the third act is terrific. She has an awareness, confidence, sass and a degree of sexiness that no girl her age has any business possessing. It almost makes me wonder if they deliberately directed her to make the males in the audience squirm uncomfortably and imagine her 10 or 15 years older. The scene where she bares her feet and dares her brother to smell them is so suggestive. Just dangling her cute little toes and then pulling a rack focus close up to her demure and mischievous face was certainly unorthodox and edgy for actors in that age range.

Outside of that, she was just sharp, smart, cool, and in control. I give her a lot of credit. What does anyone see in her that's annoying?

Well said, there was a definite "cuteness" to her...a little fiery latin girl. Robert Rodriguez did really well with the short movie.

I thought they were brilliant little actors, IMO they made room three very interesting and enjoyable to watch. They were little professionals portraying children who were supposed to be annoying, therefore they did a great job.
Cute, cute, cute!

The acting and the final scene of The Misbehavers remains always in my memory as a flashbulb memory. It's perfect and perfectly done. It's also delightfully funny.

Antonio Banderas and his, 'Did they misbehave?' put the cherry on top.

The final scene of the last room is not as effective because it all mostly happens audibly and in the mind of the audience.

The Misbehavers' finale is my favorite scene from any movie. It's just so brilliantly and hilariously put together, and perfectly ties up the story.
