I can't believe I found it! I have looked for this movie for years and years. I remember seeing it as a young child, and it has stuck with me for many years. Every time I ever did a search, the searches wouldn't come up with anything. Everyone I talked to had never heard of it. And here it is! I knew I wasn't crazy and that this movie existed. Again, I haven't seen it in years, but from what I remember, I loved it.

Sadly, I haven't been able to find the actual movie anywhere.

I also love this movie... I havent seen it in so long, and I cant find it anywhere! I really want to see it, so if anyone can tell me where I can find it please let me know. Everyone should see Four Dimonds... Its great!!!

just looking through some old tapes. I Have it taped from Disney Channel from back in around 1996.

That's because the film will never be released again, the only time it is shown is before Thon at Penn State University. It has been shown twice in the past two years. I believe the Millard family has decided not to grant the release rights to it.

I had it on video too, but my mom taped a bunch of TV preachers over half of it. I still can't find it to this day.

yeah, i love thismovie. the story chris made is so creative and the acting is good and it's a good movie in many respects. we have it taped on 2 occaision,each seeming to have a somewhat different screenplay (one on beta, one on VHS). this movie was a big inspiration for me, and now i'm trying to pursue a careeer are as a part time author (need a steadypaying job as well, especially if i run dy of inklings).

does anyone know when and what channel this movie will be on again. i loved it. but even though it was sad i still liked it alot.

when you say you found it does that mean you actually have a copy? I'm in the family and my dad only has the copy he taped off tv and he even went to the premiere. I have a copy of the hand written story but I'd like to try and find it on dvd. Chris' parents, my aunt and uncle, dont come to the east coast very much except for four diamonds events. If that's true about the movie rights I might have to try and see if i can get them to release a dvd.

It's available on Youtube, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired as it's an old VHS recording. Also, I think Disney is doing the movie a dis-service to all cancer survivors by not releasing it on Disney+.
