When I was a boy, I thought this was going to be a sports comedy.....

It was close to the summer of 1995. I was 12, a huge NBA fan, and I went and saw this with my whole family. My Father, and I thought we were going to watch a comedy about basketball, but it ended up being more of a romantic comedy. lol. It's still a great movie though. I own it on DVD, and watched it the other day. Billy Crystal is great. It's too bad he's not around in the entertainment world as often anymore.

It's a little about sports no?
Anyway, that's nice when that happens that u think you're gonna see something and turns out to be something else but it's sill good... Still, did no one in your family pay attention to the poster... Or the title? I wonder what misled you into thinking this was a sports film.

It was the previews and the fact that the NBA on TNT was promoting it.
