Like a cow without a cowbell - not lost in translation

The most tender scene in the film is when the mother, played beautifully by Chus Lampreave, sits by her daughter's bedside.
"Estas como vaca sin cencero"
Her voice! It is so warm and compassionate, it doesn't matter if it doesn't sound the same in English. These are words to remember on those days when you feel lost!

the only scene in the movie that almost made me cry is the one you describe,it was really great

perhaps because there were times we felt like that: Like a cow without a cowbell. the scene made me miss my mom ;-(

A very touching scene in a very good movie. Wonderful actress, Chus Lampreave, of course

Hahaha, okay...the next time I have some suicidally emotional wreck of a woman on my hands I'll make sure to comfort her by comparing her to a lost cow.

I'm sure she'll just cheer RIGHT up, lol.

It'll definitely make her snap out of it, anyway!
