On TV a lot

Has anyone noticed that, despite not being all that successful, this movie is on TV constantly. I know it's not great, but I do kind of like it anyway. I find it funny that some big hits never seem to be on TV, but First Knight seems to be on all the time.

What country are you in? The US? I haven't seen it in quite a while in France, but I have the minimum number of free channels (19, including three news channels which obviously don't show movies). The one pseudo-medieval thing they keep showing is George and the Dragon, with James Purefoy and Patrick Swayze. But there's a French actor among the supporting cast, it might explain that!
I haven't seen First Knight in ages, I wish they showed it more. There's alot I dislike in it, but it still has its moments.

OK check that. The one they're really showing over and over and over again (redundancy intended) is LXG. What's wrong with French TV? Did they get a discount on cheap failing movies? I know the euro is so down in the dumps you can barely see it among the sewage but still! Can we see some new stuff please? Pretty please? Cherry and all that?

Sadly it's on TV right now here in Canada... on the *gulp* HISTORY channel. How embarassing is that?

This movie was on all the time in Belgium too. We used to joke about it.
Before that, it was 'The hand that rocks the cradle'.
Now, it seems to be Derailed (2005) or Unknown (2011).
All awfully bland movies.

I've been wondering for years how these 'deals' are made between networks and studios. Somewhere someone really doesn't care.
