I think habib is speaking arabic but i can´t tell if its real arabic or just gibberish...anyways...eugene levy, the actor who is playing habib played the singer at the audition for the wedding in the first movie!

shareHaha. I have to say though, that's he a wise man! I mean, he's just made a 100,000 profit in 24 hours. It even crossed my mind that Mr Habib bought and sold houses for a living, and even preyed on unsuspecting, emotional families such as the Banks, knowing that they'd come running back, wanting to buy the house back, and then he could rip-them off and add to his back pocket's already hefty weight :). Arabic's are always shrewd in business. That's precisely why in the UK not one single post office, newsagents, corner shop, ice cream van or taxi firm isn't run by them.
