A few things I noticed that are bugging me

at the beginning it shows Annie's wedding invitation which says Saturday, October 30th, 1991. October 30th was on a Wednesday in 1991.

And George sold the house and later that night broke the news to the family. Then it shows them packing all the stuff into the truck, which I would say took a few days to pack since there was only a 10 day gap and it's a HUGE house. Then it shows them at Bryan's parents' house the same night, I think. Then the next day Nina and George go to the hospital. I believe the same day, George drives by the house as it's getting ready to be demolished and says to the dude who bought it, "You've only owned this property since YESTERDAY!" That can't be right. He says this a couple times. More than 1 day had clearly passed since George sold the house. I don't think it would take less than a day to pack 30 or so years worth of stuff up in boxes. Forgive me if I'm wrong. Please.

Like the proverbial cheese, I stand alone. Even while seated.

You wanna make a profit on something you owned for one day?
You want me to take out a loan on something I owned free and clear just 24 hours ago?
The sale was agreed ten days previously which doesn't constitute legal ownership. Ownership would pass over upon signing the contract. The point is we don't know exactly when the deed was transferred to Mr Habeeb. All we know is they started moving out straight away. It's perfectly plausible that the contract was signed the morning before the day Mr Habeeb tried to knock it.

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time Del Boy, it's them that started me drinking!
