Wouldn't that be perfect? You can get all the actors to come back. They're all still working. Steve Martin, Diane Keaton, Kimberly Williams, Martin Short, Kieran Culkin. And Dakota Fanning could play George and Nina's baby from the last film. Wouldn't it be perfect for a ten year reunion?

And we also have to see the dynamics of this huge family that was created in the last film. (George and Nina having a daughter, who should be played by Dakota Fanning, she'd be perfect), and Annie and Bryan having their ten-year-old boy and they come back to the Banks house for some family fun. There needs to be more than just Matty getting married, well maybe he shouldn't get married till like the end of the movie, and once everyone's resolved he'll be like "Mom, Dad. We're getting married." Anne Hathaway should play his girlfriend. The entire family needs to have a comedic issue in the film. And Bryan and Annie CAN'T get divorced. That makes the entire first film pointless.

I wish there'd be a movie about Dynasores.
If they made a sequel they should have Steve Martin's character die a horrible death
so their won't be another one after that. Another part of the plot will be about
a bunch of loosers writing about Father of the Bride 2 who think that it's the
greatest film ever made and they all die in a tragic accident so that they can
not suggest away to make a sequel without Steve Martin's character, like bringing
him back to life like Jason or Freddie Kruger. And then after the movie comes out
they should chop it up into pieces and make it into banjo picks.

shareI would love to see a third movie for the series! I always thought it would be great to see Matty get married this time around too. Of course in my twisted mine I gave Franck a daughter (that he didn't know he had, because in the second one he mentions that he is not a Father...) and of course in comedy destiny his daughter and Matty meet and fall in love. Then they get married. Which of course makes George and Franck in-laws which would just be hilarious. I know the idea would never work, but it just sounded like fun. Ha Ha. I love Steve Martin and Martin Short in the Father of the Bride movies. They were both just great! :)
shareAll I can say is I want if Matty is to get hitched for the father of his Fiance to be played by Chevy Chase. It would be great if Diane Keaton were to react in the emtioal way since its her only son getting married, where as Steve Martin is Proud of his son, but going wild over the planing for his daughter and and grandsons 10th birthday party with the help of Frank. I sort would love it if Chase were to piss off Frank by getting his own wedding planer and ignoring the fact Frank does most of the parties for the Banks.

With Nina and George and Annie and Bryan's children grown up slightly, e.g. teenagers, perhaps themselves going out with people or getting married+ with a storyline about Matty too e.g. him getting married like 'indiewastelander' said, at the end of the movie when everything's resolved, him and his girlfriend saying they're getting married! That would be GREAT!
I also agree that Annie and Bryan shouldn't get divorced, perhaps they could have another child, with their first being 10 or something or, when the movie starts, they have several children e.g. 10 years old and 5 years old.
I would absolutely love if they would make a part 3. I love both of the 1st movies. Dakota Fanning should definitely play Megan Banks. She would be perfect. I think Matty should get married in the third one too. They should have a 3rd one because at the beginning of 2nd one it said that it happened nine months ago. They should follow up with that, like they did with the first one.

I think Matty should get married, to a gorgeous girl who has no brain. I think AnnaSophia Robb would be a better Megan Banks, she has a better look. I also think that Anne should have twin girls, fraternal of course, and they should be flower girls. George and Megan will be 10 years old, and their party would be the same day as the wedding. Anne and Bryan are considering having another baby, the last one, and Anne wants her dad's advice. While Chevy Chase and George are planning a destination wedding with Franck, Nina is handling the kids at home, as well as finding out how ditzy Matty's bride-to-be is. When the wedding comes around, Matty's bride (I think Angelina would be a good name, to be played by some non-ditzy actress) proves herself by saying it doesn't matter that she's not a Harvard grad, she loves Matty and doesn't even care about the wedding as long as she marries him. Anne announces that she's pregnant again, and everyone is excited. It needs revising, but I think it could be a great screenplay. Also, the twins should be Cecile and Victoria. Please tell me what you think.
