I haven't seen this movie. I have a question.

I have not seen this movie yet, and I have a question:
I have seen "Old Yeller" and "My Dog Skip". I cried my eyes out after both of those movies. Will I need a box of kleenexes after THIS movie?

reply

No, you shouldn't need any tissues!

It is impossible not to be moved by some of the touching scenes in this movie. Unless your heartless, you will tear up, especially at the end.

Not everyone reacts to movies like that, and it doesn't make a movie good or not good. It's an OK flick; I like most anything with a dog, but I could do without the kid.

What you'll need is to hang on to the remote so you can hit the mute during all the eating scenes, so you don't have to listen to the kid smack his lips and suck his fingers like a damn animal.

reply

No. Not at all.

I understand completely. I usually check the website "does the dog die?" before watching a movie I don't know anything about.

No problems with this one.

It's a version of Homeward Bound.

Thanks for that! That web site is great.

I was afraid to watch French 'Belle et Sébastien' (it's ok to watch it BTW ). Now I know where I can check it without any risk!
