No Theatrical Release

The summary on IMDB says that this was not released theatrically because of a dispute regarding the actors' billing. Does anyone know what exactly happened? Did this not get released in theaters at all? I'm not saying that this is an exceptionally great movie, but is was somewhat entertaining.
