hi everybody, i saw a movie 6 years ago that sounds exactly like this movie. I did not know the title of it and i didnt see the entire thing, but i remember the robot saying "Want to play" and it saying "I will cut your throat" and i remember it killing a guy in a locker room at a school.......can somebody tell me if this is the same movie or not...because i am not sure at all.

Anyway, I guess it could very well be Evolver we're talking about. But it has been a long time ago that I saw it myself, I think short after its (video) release.
Anyway, I enjoyed it while having some (actually: a few too many) beers with some of my friends.
Well, um....about a few days after i first posted this topic, i rented the movie and found out that i was right, it is the same movie. And your a bit late (4 months to be exact) but i appreciate u trying to help me out, thanks. (even though your probably never going to go on this topic again)

I own this movie. Somebody at a yard sale was selling it for 50 cents, the box looked cool, so I got it. I think it's a really fun movie, predictable, but still fun. I just watched it a few hours ago. I think you're right, that this is the movie you're talking about.

Tha flick is really cool. It one of those movies from the 90s the totally feel like an 80s movie. I like that. :)
