WANTED DVD

I'm looking for a decent quality DVD. Not ripped from YouTube. Does anyone have a DVD copy of this 1995 version. I'm not looking for a youtube rip then put on DVD. Either copied from VHS or from The Disney Channel. I understand that it's impossible to find a high quality copy because this was a made for tv version in 1995. But does anyone have a decent copy. If so, please either respond here or send an email to [email protected]. I'd even accept a digital copy either in Divx, Xvid, MP4 or M4A either upload to an online service like google drive, dropbox, or burnt to a CD or DVD.
